Terms of Service
Effective August 14, 2026
Heir (“we”, “us”) provides competitive league infrastructure: a Discord bot, in-game stat tracking, and the heir.gg website (together, the “Service”). By adding the bot to a Discord server, signing in to heir.gg, or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Heir runs leagues inside Discord servers: teams, rosters, ratings, schedules, moderation tooling, and automatic match statistics collected from connected game servers. Public league pages (standings, player profiles, match reports) are published on heir.gg. The Service is under active development and features may change, be added, or be removed.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You sign in with Discord; we do not store passwords. You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service while using Heir. Server owners are responsible for how the bot is configured in their communities and for having the authority to install it.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Pro, Ultimate, Enterprise) are billed per Discord server, monthly or yearly, through Stripe — we never see or store card numbers. Plan changes take effect immediately with prorated billing; cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period. Downgrading or cancelling never deletes league data: features and history outside the new plan’s limits become unavailable until you upgrade again. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, though we’re reasonable people — contact us about mistakes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: abuse, overload, or attempt to break the Service; scrape or resell its data; use it to harass anyone or violate the law; misrepresent match results or manipulate ratings through fabricated play; or attempt to access other leagues’ private configuration. We may suspend access — of a user or an entire server — to protect the Service or its users.
5. Your content and league data
League data (team names, results, statistics) belongs to the communities that create it. You grant us the license needed to store, process, and display it as the product does — including on public league pages. Server owners can delete their league and its data from the management page at any time.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the Heir community Discord. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions or anything else: hello@heir.gg or the community Discord. See also our Privacy Policy.
